Viju is a senior leader in Evernorth’s Innovation division. In his current role, he leads the Clinical and Solutions Analytics organization for Evernorth. The core responsibility of this team is to monitor the performance of the Evernorth product suite and translate this performance into value for our customers. His team is charged with using data to find opportunities that drive both existing and new solution development. His team’s work supports a number of areas including our product organizations, sales and account management, innovation, new solutions, client analytics, The Lab and the Evernorth Research Institute. His team currently supports the analytic needs for 100+ solutions within the Evernorth product portfolio. In addition to Clinical Analytics, Viju has oversight of the Enterprise Data Governance organization, the Intelligence Solutions product portfolio and The Lab by Evernorth – NJ.

Prior to Evernorth, Viju joined Express Scripts in 2012 through the acquisition of Medco Health Solutions. He joined Medco in 2000 as a clinical product owner in the product division. He served in number of product support roles before moving into the client reporting division with clinical reporting oversight. As a registered pharmacist, Viju previously had the opportunity to work with patients directly. He served as a retail pharmacist for 2 years with CVS.

Viju received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers College of Pharmacy and serves as the Evernorth liaison to the Utilization Review Accreditation Committee (URAC) for metrics and reporting. He's also the site lead for the Evernorth Morris Plains Site.
