Very pleased with our experiences with Evernorth and Dr. Samuel Figueroa. He is an excellent provider who takes time to listen and explain.
The entire staff, including Kenny the medical assistant, and the receptionists as well as the Lab personnel were kind and helpful.
I highly recommend them.
Very nice facility and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. Dr. Figueroa is great. He listened and encouraged me to get evaluations for everything I had concerns about. My first visit was a good experience!
Love the Cigna/Evernorth clinic for my healthcare.
I am sad and disappointed that their golf cart scooter service that helps us disabled seniors to and from the parking lot to the clinic is being discontinued by the Evernorth higher up management and share holders.
Don't go here for hearing aids. My wife has been on their merry-go-round for a year. It's one thing after another. "No , even though you have a prescription for aids here you can't pay over the phone or online"! A new appointment just to pay? A month out? After all those hoops (taking about 3 months) sorry it will take yet another month or more to get them for you! Don't do it! Don't get on their merry-go-round! You can get the same hearing aids over the counter and have them in 3 days! Shame on you Cigna, Evernorth, whatever your name is nowadays! The medical care here is sub standard also! 🤢🤮
This is a great place, if your doctor works here you are lucky!
