Asked about trying new medication for ongoing anxiety, got dismissive reply trying to push me off on a psychologist I do not have, I have a LPC. That was Friday 8/16, it is now going into Thursday 8/22, and after reaching out 2 more times, still zero response. My anxiety is through the roof, and my medical providers clearly do not care. Highly do not recommend.

This is a great place! It's what they call an "umbrella group". It's one building that has Primary Care Physicians (PCP), Lab (Blood work), Radiology, Pharmacy, Vision Center, Urgent Care, etc. It's extremely convenient to have everything as a one-stop-shop. The doctors are incredibly nice, supportive and give you the time you need at your appointment. Scheduling is quick and easy; done online or via the phone and appointments are pretty much available within reasonable time. I highly recommend Evernorth Care Group to my family and friends, and I would recommend them to you as well!

Evernorth seems to constantly find ways to decrease service instead if improve it. I haven't been able to have a consistent PCP because everyone leaves. Now they are eliminating the urgent care which was a great service to utilize. I'm currently at an imaging appointment which is going to be canceled because they've been trying to reach my doctor to adjust the order and no one will respond. I called while at the appointment just to be told that they thought my appointment was tomorrow and were still waiting for a response (this was scheduled weeks ago). Extremely frustrating. Edit: in a not so surprising turn of events, I got a later the very next day saying my new PCP I just met is leaving and I'm being switched to an NP.

I called another urgent care and the wait was going to be at least an hour or more, they couldn't actually pin point how long the wait would be. I called Evernorth and asked for a wait time, and the answer was zero minutes. They were right, except for filling out the required paperwork I was seen right away, and my problem was solved in a bit. Highly recommended for those Midtown.

No one knows what they are doing. Get put on hold for 15 minutes only to have them not take your call because they are going to lunch. 3 weeks before you get called back with results from blood work, results are on the website with in 2 days, if you know how to read them.
