Evernorth Care Group is dedicated to treating the whole person—body and mind. That’s why we continue to expand our behavioral health services, offered onsite and virtually at eight Evernorth Care Group locations integrated with a primary care physician (PCP) visit when needed. We also collaborate with specialty behavioral community partners including Crisis Preparation and Recovery (CPR), to assist with ongoing behavioral care.
Our behavioral health managers (BHMs) provide holistic, evidence-based support with a focus on healthy behaviors to help your customers cope with and overcome life’s obstacles so they can heal and grow.
We customize each customer’s care plan based on their specific needs, such as:
