Evernorth® Care Group text messaging has transitioned to MyChart, so you can get essential updates sent straight to your phone. To begin or continue receiving text messages, simply do the following:
 

  1. 1. Log in to your MyChart account.
     
  2. 2. Under “Menu,” go to “Communication Preferences.”
     
  3. 3. Select “Subscribe” to opt in to text messaging.

 

OR
 

Text START to 30623 for general communications 
(appointment reminders, medications, etc.).
 

Text START to 32797 for bill-pay notifications.
