Sarah Stremlau, MBA, is Director of Benefit Solutions and part of the Clinical Research & New Solutions team located in the Express Scripts Lab in St. Louis, Missouri. Sarah joined Express Scripts in 2014 as a Product Manager in Accredo Market Development.

Sarah leads the Benefit Solutions team and has responsibility for strategy and growth within that portfolio, with a focus on Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH) solutions. In her role, she provides consultative direction to sales and account management teams and manages products for thousands of clients and millions of patients, helping them optimize the use of their pharmacy benefit.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and a Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
