Santosh Savel, MBA is Senior Director of Patient & Prescriber Experience for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, where he leads product strategy focused on simplifying specialty care and improving continuity across the patient and provider journey. He oversees specialty product development and innovation designed to reduce friction at critical moments while supporting scalable, patient‑ and provider‑first experiences.
Santosh joined Accredo Specialty Pharmacy in 2013 and has held progressive leadership roles across operations, integration, and specialty solutions. He brings deep experience in product management and health care technology, with a focus on aligning digital innovation to real‑world workflows and outcomes.
Santosh holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Florida International University.
