As a customer engagement leader and storytelling-based marketer by trade, Krystal has a passion for problem solving through human-centric design and creative thinking. She thrives on coming up with new solutions to age-old problems and creating a customer experience that makes a lasting, positive impact. Her career has been centered on health care for the last decade, and her side hustle has always been making the world a better place.

Krystal joined the organization in 2010 to support the Express Scripts Behavioral Sciences and Innovation team in marketing Consumerology—the proprietary practice of applying behavioral sciences to health care programs and tools—and championing the industry-leading ideation client engagement model. With the acquisition of Medco Health Solutions in 2013, she transitioned into the Sales and Account Management organization to lead the strategy for collaborative planning sessions. She then joined the Accredo specialty pharmacy in 2016 to build a new engagement model for front-line team employees, rooted in supportive communications, culture-centric initiatives and leadership engagement.

Krystal rejoined the Evernorth Innovation and New Solutions team in 2022, and now serves as the lead for The Lab by Evernorth in St. Louis. Through the creation of customized Lab experiences, she leverages the Lab to inspire meaningful collaboration with our customers and identify pilots and new solutions that help give our millions of members longer, better lives.
