Dr. Tiffany Lee is a Market Insight Senior Advisor at Evernorth. She join in August 2021 and works on Evernorth’s internal and external research projects.

Dr. Lee has over 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics. Prior to joining Evernorth, she worked on projects and analyses related to Medicaid and Medicare enrollees. Her work focused on Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Star Quality Rating program for Medicare Advantage (MA) plans.

She earned her PhD in Health Services Research and Policy from the University of Rochester; Dr. Lee’s dissertation focused on the effect of the Medicare dialysis payment reform on care practices and health outcomes for End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients receiving dialysis. She also participated in research projects related to long term care residents. She earned a Master in Public Health and Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of South Florida.
