Tara Krupp brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience as a passionate executive focused on transforming the health care system through population health and value-based care. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Evernorth Primary+ and General Manager of Evernorth Direct Health, an employer onsite clinic, wellness coaching and behavioral health solution that connects employees to worksite and virtual health and wellness centers by delivering custom care directly to employees and their dependents in 37 states.

Prior to joining Evernorth, Tara led risk adjustment, stars, and coding for Cigna’s Medicare Advantage business, ensuring a continued focus on improving population heath, reducing gaps in care, strengthening overall clinical quality, and reducing medical loss ratio (MLR) to drive greater affordability for customers and the enterprise. She also has over two decades experience working in community and academic healthcare systems with a focus on the integration with patient experience, access to care, clinical information systems and virtual care to provide industry leading outcomes.

Tara earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Rutgers University and a MBA from the University of Massachusetts. She splits time living in Nashville and coastal Maine with her husband and has four boys (Brandon 23, Samuel 22, Andrew 19 and Colin 17).
