Ashley is a senior leader at Evernorth with a focus on solving health care’s biggest challenges for the millions of customers we serve through human-centered design, ideation, rapid prototyping, the development of scaled new solutions, and the incubation of existing solutions. Her team innovates, creates, and delivers solutions organically and through partnerships that help accelerate our understanding of patients’ and clients’ health care pain points, and how to best solve them.

With nearly two decades in health care, Ashley has a successful track record spearheading industry-leading digital health solutions for people living with chronic and complex conditions. Her team created and continues to support the Evernorth Digital Health Formulary—the industry’s first formulary designed to provide customers access to best-in-class digital health solutions. She also helped design and launch Health Connect 360, a revolutionary and proprietary clinical solution that leverages real-time data to deliver guaranteed clinical outcomes. Her team has also created and delivered solutions that have improved transparency for physicians and enhanced care alerts that improve patient outcomes. Ashley has responsibility for the Lab in St. Louis, where her team inspires meaningful collaboration with our customers to bring to life solutions that give our members longer, better lives.

Ashley joined Express Scripts in 2009, where she had previously held several leadership roles in strategic program and product management and development. She became part of The Cigna Group, and Evernorth a subsidiary of The Cigna Group, through the acquisition of Express Scripts in 2018.

Ashley holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University.
