As Senior Vice President of Evernorth Care Solutions, Mark is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of all care management solutions related to medical and pharmacy programs across Evernorth designed to meet the diverse needs of health plans, employers, and government organizations.

Mark has a successful track record spearheading industry-leading digital health solutions for people living with chronic and complex conditions. Most recently, Mark played a leading role in the launch of Evernorth CareNav+, a digital health navigation solution that connects care and benefit capabilities to improve experiences, increase affordability and drive better outcomes.

Previously, he served as Vice President of Innovation and Member Experience at Evernorth Health Services where he led the creation of the Digital Health Formulary—the industry’s first formulary designed to provide customers access to best-in-class digital health solutions and therapeutics while ensuring value.

He also served as a leader for the Evernorth Lab, a premiere health care innovation center, and supported the launch of HealthConnect360, a first-of-its-kind clinical solution leveraging real-time data to deliver guaranteed clinical outcomes.

Mark holds an MBA from Fontbonne University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Missouri State University.
