Under Andy's leadership, the Institute of Clinical Oversight & Guidance successfully harmonizes enterprise-wide clinical policies, creating comprehensive 360-degree patient care models that are adaptive to the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Through the integration of clinical guidance, his team elevates clinical integrity, facilitates coordinated whole-patient care models, and improves the coherence of the UM process. This proactive approach improves patient care and outcomes.

Andy completed a residency at the Minneapolis VA, and has worked at Evernorth Health Services - Express Scripts in various roles for 22 years. Andy is an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, is a Board Certified Geriatric Practitioner, and recently served two terms on the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.

Andy received a B.A. in Biology from Lawrence University (Appleton, Wisconsin) and a PharmD from the University of Minnesota.
