Jessica Bates is the Director of Payer Product at Accredo. She earned her BS in Journalism from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale.

Jessica has been with the organization since 2014 and has held various product roles in Clinical Solutions, Supply Chain and now Specialty. Jessica joined Accredo in 2022 and is responsible for the development and strategy for products designed to reduce specialty spend, maximize patient care and give payers insight and predictability into their patient population.
