Asking the right questions to understand Delta’s benefit goals, analyzing clinical information, and thinking outside the box to take on your toughest healthcare challenges are all needed to achieve results that exceed your expectations. As I lead our team serving Delta I will be your account strategist and will partner with you to build and execute your strategic pharmacy plan. I am passionate about collaborating with my clients to help them reach their strategic pharmacy plan goals and look forward to ensure members receive the care they need. As Delta’s day to day contact I will support the Benefits team in a reliable and responsive manner for requests. One of my priorities will be to drive operational excellence for the plan. I will be hyper focused on us delivering a high quality service model for your members. Additionally, I will be a collaborative partner for your vendors to establish continuity.
